Job Description

Friendship Blocks Chair

  • Collect a copy of the list of names receiving block kits when a member distributes blocks.
  • Keep an accurate record of blocks submitted to the person who is distributing blocks.
  • Provide a quarterly report as to how many blocks are sixty days overdue.
  • Remind members of their obligation when they have taken a block kit.
  • Keep an accurate record of who is eligible to distribute and the number of friendship blocks each member has completed.
  • Maintain a copy of the Friendship Blocks program and revise it as needed.
