The 2009 MQSC Annual Auction: April 15, 2009 No entry fee! No parking fee! All are welcome!

The 2009 Annual Auction will be held Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium, 1351 Maple Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA, from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

This event is free to the public and all are welcome. Plenty of free parking, wonderful baskets and containers of fabric and notions, books, and other quilting related goodies, a Silent Auction, a Live Auction, and a Garage Sale area await your shopping prowess.

We are accepting donations at each BUSINESS meeting. Leave them under the table at the Library near the back door. Or contact one of us to arrange for large item donations.

We're accepting the following items:

• Quilting fabric, over 1/4 yard for a single piece, please. Roll and tie and label with the amount of fabric.
  
• Quilting books and patterns
  
• Quilts and quilt tops
  
• Quilt blocks ==> please pin on a label with the number of blocks
• Quilting notions and threads
  
• The Auction Block which everyone can make and contribute will be announced soon.
